Vistor Visa Interview for Wife - need suggestions

Hi all,


My Wife is going for Visitor Visa interview. (note : I am a green card holder and my wife's follow-to-join was denied last june ....and we are taking a shot of this visitor visa despite the lean chance)


Could some one tell me the possible interview questions and answers ?

Mainly - the convincing answer to tell them that she would come back in 6 months.

Visitor visa for spouse of Green card holder

I am in a similar situation you are in.


Do you know if any cases where spouse of green card hold got a visitor visa? We are also going to try for our Visitor visa to USA for th efirst time next month. Please let me know .

It would be extremely difficult (next to impossible) for the spouse of green card holder to get visitors visa.
 
It is worth a shot. My sister's husband has never had an issue getting a US visa. His wife is a US citizen and so are his 4 kids. He has had name check delays but never has never been refused a visa under 214(b). I keep telling him to play the lottery.

Need help on B2 for spouse

i am PR but almost done with citizenship . My wife wants to try visit visa once as still there is long way to get I-30 approved . If she gets visit visa n comes here n gets back after 6 months , does that makes hard to get I- 30
approved or denied . Need response please.
