Visiting India - H1 transferred recently - Urgent!!!

Hi,
A quick question. I got my H1 Visa transferred from company A company B in November 2005. This was just a visa transfer and there was no
status change. I am planning an India trip in April this year. Do I need to get an appointment with the US consulate next time I go outside the country and get a new visa stamped before coming back, or will I be able to come back on my current visa?

Here's the situation:

visa in passport is for employee A: valid till Mar, 2007

My new visa is for company B: valid till Oct 2008

And I will be returning to the US by May, 2006
