Hello,

My parents are in USA. they want to visit my sister in canada for couple weeks. Will they get visa through canadian consulate in deroit.

DO they have to go personally or can they do on post with consulate.

Are they any issues..

They can try submitting an application. Worst case they may be told to apply in their country of normal residence. Best case, they may be granted Canadian visit visas.
