Visa stamping

Hi, My visa got expired in Dec 2006, I got an exyension(I 797) till Nov 07 and have filed for one more extension as I might be travelling out of US in july 07. I am planning to get my Visa stamped in June. If I receive my new H1 before June will I be able to stamp one visa covering both the I 797 ? (ie ) till Nov 08 as the new I 797 which i just filed for ext will be valid till Nov 08 ?

it depends on which I797 you take to the US consulate and which company you are going to work after stamp.

Thanks for the response, Actually both I797 are from the same company ..one ending at oct 07 and the other will start from Nov 07 till Nov 08. I applied for the other one as I will be leaving states ard July and want to have an I797 valid for a longer period while reentering US. In thsi case can I show both the I797 and get a Visa stamped until Nov 08 ? Note my visa is currently expired.

You should show both to get the stamp til Nov 08.
