Visa Revalidation.

I came to US on company's A H1 visa in May'2001. Other company B also applied for my H1 long time ago prior to my arrival here. I arrived here to company A, who was a consulting firm, asked me to get prepared for the project interviews. In the meantime, after 5 days of my arrival, another H1 from company B got approved too, who was offering me as permanent employee in their company with good salary. So I joined them immediately (within 10 days of my arrival and I was feeling lucky at that time). Since then I am working in the same company B.

My current company applied for my H1B extension in Jul’2003, which got approved but I got visa-stamping denial from state on Sep’2003 saying that get the visa from overseas consulate (Cancelled without Prejudice). Now I got the Immigration from Canada too and their last landing date is Mar’2005. I don’t want to loose the immigration and my current job either. My question is: By seeing my situation, can I get the H1 visa stamped from overseas consulate in Canada or I have to go to Delhi for visa stamping? If I go to India for the visa, am I going to face some risk at Delhi embassy?

------ if you apply Visa in Canada and it got rejected then be ready to go directly from Canada to India for H1 Visa stamping becase after Visa rejection in Canada you cant enter US from Canada, get H1 from India then enter US with valid stamp( remember US consulate in India also need time more than 30-40 days for Interview date for Visa stamping and plan accordingly)
or I have to go to Delhi for visa stamping? If I go to India for the visa, am I going to face some risk at Delhi embassy?
----- what risk??? if you have been not on Bench or under Table and your salary matches LCA I only see a problem Coming on A visa stamp and working with B without H1 transfer , I am no expert before you leave US talk to your lawyer and seek legal advice
