Visa revalidation question...

I Worked for a company x from Aug 1999 to Dec 2001. During Sep 2001 company x applied for H1-B extension and got the approval . Meanwhile i left the company x and joined company y in Dec 2001. Company Y filed new H1-B and i got the H1-b approval for company y. In Jan 2003 i got an offer from company x (where i worked earlier). i came to know that it is leagal to work for company x with the old valid h1-b (filed by company x - company x h1-b is valid until DEC 2004 and company x did not cancel my h1-b when i left in DEC 2001).

i was never out of status during this period.

my visa in my passport stamped through company y is going to expire in FEB 2003. I am planning to send it for revalidation with company x approval papers.

will there be any problems with the above situatuon?
 
Do you know why you are not getting answer? Divide the post in steps or sequences; nobody will spend time to read the post the way you wrote it

If your job that you came back to did not change ( same salary, job description) then the H1 approval continues to be valid for another stint of employment at company x. If not, x should have filed for a new LCA and/or amended h1 petition.

No, if you have been in status all along (see my comments above) you can get the visa revalidated ( if it is clearly approvable and you are not from aspecial registration country).

Yes the job description and salary did not change.
