Visa Appointment - Should I select YES or NO

Hello All,

When I look up for VISA appt, I see the below question ... My visa on PP expired on Nov 30 2009 and I am looking for an appointment for Dec (2010) 1st week... Per my understanding I dont fall under the below criteria since my appt date will be over an year since my visa expired .. Should I select "YES" or "NO", can anyone please advise ....

Are you applying for the same class of visa which is currently valid or has expired within the past 12 months?*

if you are applying for H1 visa and you had H1 Visa stamp then answer will be YES.
If you had H4 visa and applying H4 then also answer will be YES
