Just spoke to my good friend Mr. Richard Hass . Here are some statistics which he gave me:
RIR Currently Processing Sept 20.
Non RIR Currently Processing Apr 26.
Month No of Apps (RIR + Non RIR)
Oct'01 587
Nov'01 584
Jan'02 498
Feb'02 580
As per him 80-90% of them should RIR Apps.
Currently 3 people are working on RIR Apps.

It sounds like a RFE. As they want to be sure it is for the same company that started the process. In some cases they may ask you to refile the application that means that you have to start from scratch. You can find out the details from your lawyers.

Don't know how many applications for Dec though I think approx 500.
It sounded like there is only 1 person processing the RIR applications now hence the slow down.

Would really appreciate any information on the processing of RIR Labor applications for "Software Developer" position in the recent past at VA SWA. The company I work for has not had any layoffs. What is the DOL prevailing wage rate for this Job title assuming 6 months of experience in Northern VA ?

This is getting discouraging. They have us by the b@!!s, and there isn't a think we can do about it. I'd be willing to join the military and die for this country if it would get me and my family our green cards. But still, they treat us like scum - probably hoping we'll just give up and go back home. What can I do?! I came here to get away from a socialist dictatorship, but because my life wasn't at risk I guess I don't really deserve American freedom or something?
Sorry for venting, my patience is just wearing very thin.

It is quite frustrating that they slowed down so much since they started to work on December LC applications. As Valabour_02 said that it looks like only one person is working on the RIRs.
I just hope that is not the case. Whoever is up next in line, maybe can confirm with VA labor dept. when calling to inquire the status of his or her LC?
