I am backing out...please take off my Name

I had sent an email to my lawyer yesterday, and he called me today saying that its not a good practice to send a letter to VA SESA. Just for everybody\'s knowledge the labor certificate filed with VA SESA still belongs to the company and not to the individual for whom it is filed, until it is pending for 180 days after 485 that\'s what he said. So I would suggets if everyone has enough time left on H1-B wait and watch.And still if you guys plan to go ahead, U can but drop me out. Sorry for backing out, but its not my call. I hope everyone understands.

We are making great process but the number of the signed people is not significant enough. There are more than 3000 RIR applicants after April 30 in VA. I think at least we should at least have 50 people to sign it.

TODAYS UPDATE

Called VA today the gentelman told april 2001 RIR will go upto end of summer 2002 and then they will start april non rir no estimate as to dates he however said that the " current policy is to process non rir after rir " when i tried to state the example of CA and other states he mentioned that we are not even there yet - meaning may rir or non rir april can be a topic for discussion only after completion of april rir. think steven is doing a great job of influencing a change

Nobody knows the "true" story

My 2c comments on these government people. They do not know what they are doing, where they are headed to and all that. They can only reflect on the current status and their future predictions cannot be trusted (meaning it could be worse or it could be better). It is the same case guys with any government officials (countries do not really matter here).

Any way I still have hopes and considering what steven and dependent are trying to do there is still hope.
