Violation, Please help me !!!

I was convicted of trespass violation for which I end up paying $ 200 fine.
Now I will have to answer the question Have you ever been arrested, cited, charged, fined, imprisoned. I don\'t know how to say this to Company attorney as I don\'t want anyone to know this as it is my personal matter.
Can any one suggest me a some way out so that this issue is not highlighted. I know I can file this on my own but I am not sure if they would let me do this.
 
Tell the truth...

That is the only way your larger picture of a PR will be alive. You can talk to your lawyer confidentially. This is not going to affect your GC but hiding it might be construed as wilful fraud. My opinion.
 
I never said .....

I never said I was not going to tell the truth. Infact I want to tell the truth and check yes to the answer, only I have worried about my privacy and that attorney might try to look to be extra smart infront of the employer..... you know what I mean.

You didn\'t do any big crime, so even if your employer comes to know that you got tress pass violation, that shouldn\'t effect anything (esp employment).....if you have smoked pot or something like drugs...sure employer will have reason to take action.....but these simple violations should not effect anythig...

Just say, YES on 485 applicaion and explain it in a separate letter...attach the arrest record with it....
