Views on seperate centre processing April-Oct 2003

Since I am viewing approvals here it makes me feel their is definately different centre processing cases after ND April 2003. There are people waiting since 2002 and early 2003 which is a terrible thing.

What are your views people, do u think their is another centre??

I thought that according to this thread (http://www.immigrationportal.com/showthread.php?t=147404&highlight=confirmed), the fact that the VSC was using 2 separate locations was established?

As you say, the pattern of approvals certainly seems to fit this.

BTW, nemessis is working on updating his stats this weekend and early indications are a lot of activity for Aug/Sep 2003 cases.
