Very Urgent! Please respond Hello,

I am currently staying in US on H4 visa. My H4 visa is valid until Sept 2007.
I applied for H1B visa, however I have got H1 approval without I-94. Should I leave US immediately (to get visa stamping done outside US), or Can I stay in US on H4 visa?

Actually you got your new h1b petition approval notice. You can stay on your H4 as long as you I 94 validity date.
