Very Urgent : Please help

A close friend who is on H4 visa has got a job offer and the company agreed for H1b processing but the attorney is telling that the job requirement does not need a degree that the candidate has a degree ,so they cannot apply. Can anyone please suggest workarounds and help , pleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeese ?

for H1 classification the job must require a degree or be a speciality occupation.

What i understand from ur post is that according to attorney's job does not require a bachelor's degree, thus would not qualify as a H1 job.

It really does not matter wether the applicant has a degree or not, the job requiremnts should meet h1 requiremnts first else even the labor will not get approved.
