VERY URGENT... F1 cancelled.. can i travel on AP

Hi,
My passport was stamped with F1. I went to the Mumbai consulate to get it stamped with H1 but visa was cancelled (pending submission of I129 to consulate). It is currently stamped with CWOP (Cancelled without prejudice). I already have my Parole documents with me.
(1) If i do not schedule another interview, can I go to the US on the rejected stamp on my passport but with the 797 and enter US using AP?
It is not possible for me to get my I129 from US so are there any other tips??

Unless you get H1 stamped from the consulate that rejected your H1, you cannot work using H1. U can enter USA using AP based on a 485 application. If the AP is based on OPT-F1, no you cannot US with AP.
 
hi! jaxen, thanks for response. my passport does not say that my h1 is cancelled. my passport had f1 visa stamped on it which had already expired in June 2000. Now Immigration stamped F1 w/ CWOP on my passport. does that still mean that my h1 is cancelled and I will not be able to work in US??

my AP is based on my H1 and not on F1-opt so I guess I should be able to enter US...
