Can someone pls advise me on how long my L1a status can stay valid for, if at all, after the last date of employment from my employer? My hubby works on an dependent l2 visa and i want to know how long he can continue to use that after i quit?

Your L1 status terminates when your employment does.

Thank you for your input. Can you help me explore one more possibile scenario? If I move geographies with my current employer to another country - does my L1a stay valid till its current expiry date? if yes, can my hubby contoinue to work in the US through his L2?

It's doubtful, since your L-1 status terminates when you leave the US.
