When I see my case status online it says
Validation Error(s)
You must correct the following error(s) before proceeding:
Your case information is incomplete within Case Status Online. For further assistance please call the National Customer Service Center at 1.800.375.5283.

Can someone please explain what is going on

Don't worry about the online system. It's rarely accurate and many people are never even entered in there anyways. Good chance you just weren't entered in. This is normal to have happen. Many of us never were entered either and became citizens just fine...
 
Can you post you time lines. what seems to be a trend with online status is that once your application is moved to DO, you are in Interview queue or you are scheduled for Interview this error comes up. It happened to me and many others in this forums. After getting this error I received my IV letter in about a week.

warlord, my status was just fine till saturday, I did not check on Sunday but from today this message is coming
Alien1 below are my details. So can I assume my FP and FBI name check thru

01/30/09 : N-400 Mailed to Lewisville, TX Lockbox.
02/03/09 : N-400 Received. (according to USPS website)
02/10/09 : Check Cashed.
02/12/09 : NOA Received
02/03/09 : Priority Date.
02/09/09 : Receipt Date.
02/17/09 : FP notice received
02/26/09 : FP Done walk-in

why is that?
 
Hmm I wonder because maybe at that point they turn it over to the local DO and their system has some sort of a bug where it doesn't register that? Well hope you get your interview letter soon. I just did my FP 2 days ago and now the wait for the interview!
