USCIS update on FBI Name Check Procedures

I am skeptical that they can refuse to expedite the name check process when someone files a meritorious suit. The Assistant U.S. Attorney who has to defend them will not be happy about that. Only time will tell how this works in practice.
 
My lawyer told me this memo only applies to 485 adjustment. If you apply for citizenship, and unfortunately stuck in name check, you can still sue BCIS.
