Uscis New Change Of Address Online

Guys,

USCIS has just introduced a new change of address online, so that it can reduce the headaches of millions of immigrations having to mail their AR11 to them. This is a nice feature. So, if you plan to move, then you can click on the link and change your address online instead of mailing the change of address card to USCIS. :rolleyes:

So, they won't ask us to call them to double check it ?
If I remember, even though we mailed AR11, they recommended us to call them to check.
If there is no such thing required, this move is welcome.

Actually, calling was not for double checking: It was for changing the address on pending applications. And, I think it remains the same for non-citizens. :D
For citizens, though, it does ask about pending applications. I wonder why they did not do it for non-citizens? :confused:

anyone have experience with making sure new address was updated on pending files? I will probably be moving before I get my interview notice and am concerned about this address change. As I understand from research you must file the AR 11 (on-line definitely helps), call info line to change your address and petitioner has to send an I865. others have also suggested that a copy of your AR11 be sent to any local offices where your applications are.
