USC Parents with minor child

Hello everyone,

I have been searching around for information but I thought I could ask a questions regarding more specific details.
My wife (soon to be USC) would like to apply for her parents which they have a minor daughter (under 21 [she is about 18 now, i think]), I was under impression that her minor sister would go under parent's application but apparently she won't.

Has anyone here has any details on this./

No details required. It is correct - your wife needs to petition for her sister in FB4.

Thanks. So minor age could be 1 to 21 years old and it wouldn't make any difference? Is this something to depend on embassy?

No difference. Immediate Relatives (parents of US citizens) do not have derivative beneficiaries.
