USA visit visa want help

hey everyone...

i want some info about visit visa of usa..

i am female from pakistan lahore 21 years single.. i have blood relation relative there in usa and they want to sponcer me for visit tour..
last year i also vist dubai for 1 month.. now i want to go usa for tour..

i want to know some detail about it..

which paper i want to atach in my visit case..??
which papers i want from my relatives who live there in usa..??
can i extend my visa more then 3 or 6 months..??
i will have permission to work there or not..??
and i want to know how much time it takes..?? mean all procedure take..??

and my relatives are citizen and had gud job also in big cosmatics company can they sponcer me for job on my b-2 visa then can i will work...??

i will wait for answers....

Your chance of getting B-2 tourist visa is VERY LOW.

You apply on your own, there is no such thing as sponsor for this type of visa. You have to show strong ties to home like: family, home, job, school, reasons to leave the U.S. You have to show a foreign residence that you have no intention of abandoning. You have to show that you have no immigrant intent. The U.S. immigration law says that everyone is presumed to be an intending immigrant until you prove otherwise. You have to show financial ability to make a foreign trip. You are not allowed to work in the U.S. on a tourist visa. Your post shows that you have an immigrant intent and want to come to the U.S. to work and stay and not merely as "tourist". You have almost no chance at a B-2 tourist visa. Can you afford to waste the application fee?

IF you have proper education and work experience and a U.S. employment offer by an employer that is willing to file a petition on your behalf that is the way to proceed. Given your age, you probably have not been alive long enough to get the required education and work experience and your marital status also works against you.
 
i have strong ties i have my family there... HOME AND job of teaching web desighning... but now i want to visit usa for some months... but i also thinking if i will got job offer related web desighing then i want to do that job there...
and i also support my usa trip meanz gud finanicial sport i can show in my b-2 visa application..
i done my bachelors in art and desighn.. and then after this i done some courses and also have diploma of web desighning and IT...

now can i easily got b-2 visa...?? and then after got visa if any US employe offer me job can i change my status to h1-b..??

This indicates that the true reason for your visit is to look for a job.
