US visit within a year

Hi Everyone,

My wife has been in the US under B-1 visa for 8 months (with extension). She will be coming back home at the end of August. She is planning to visit me on October. Her Visa will not expire during this time. Will there be an issue upon entry? I am on an H-3 Visa.
