Anyone with an EAD and owns ( is a director ) a Canadian company ? I want to know what forms , if any , have to be filled in US . I have also obtained canadian permanent residency. Thanks,

I don't believe that there are any special forms, but if I recall when I had my corporation there is a requirement that a certain percentage of the directors must be Canadian residents.
