US Citizenship - spouse on H1 but not working

I have a green card since last five years and ready to apply for US citizenship. My wife came to US on H1 but unable to get a job. There is a question on N400 application form about my spouse status. What should I enter in that field? Any advice on this issue will be helpful. Thank you.

H1 Visa. The question is "what's her status" not if she works and where she works.

Right now she is not working and she is here in US. One of our friends company sponsered for H1 and tried a few jobs and no luck with any jobs.

Like I said, the answer is "H1 visa" and be prepared what you're going to say if the IO asks where is she working :eek: (hopefully s/he will never ask)
 
H1 status is not valid if one is not working at the sponser. That is why he is asking.
Having said that, if you are forced to write the status, there is nothing other than H1 status to be written down. I believe.
