I'm going for my interview for the US citizenship and alittle scary. I have a layer with me but still have a bad feeling. I was arrested for forgerry and uttering and placed on Pre- trial probation. after probation the case was dismissed with no conviction but still showed that i was arrested in my record. I sealed the case . Now 4 years later i hired a laywer which told me that i have good chances of passing because i was never convicted . i have a letter from a church to show good caracter
Does any one has experience on a similar case and what happened. Please let me know
