US Citizen Travel with DUI

Hi

I got a DUI back in 2002, was dismissed after completing diversion; no misdemeanor (or any other) issues after that, then got GC and eventually Citizenship. Of course disclosed DUI during GC interview. Also went through secondary inspections while returning back on GC. I also traveled once after becoming citizen and returned back with no secondary inspection.

I am planning to travel, will it be a problem to re-enter?
Does Trump executive order retroactively apply to naturalized Citizens as well?

Please let me know as I am travelling very soon.

That cannot be done unless you lied to get citizenship.

Thanks Cafeconleche! Of course I have disclosed that in Citizenship application/interview as well. Wanted to get clarified given the prevailing situation.
