US citizen sponsoring UK citizen sister

I have one question here, if a US citizen person sponsor UK citizen sister for green card, is this the same process (10-11 year) or there is different timeline for UK citizens?

Place of birth will matter, even amongst British citizens. Times may vary depending on where these British citizens were born.

So the British citizen sister (divorcee) was born in India & her daughter was born in England. Can you please guide me what difference it will make because I am not aware of this.

Visa availability is based on country of birth, not country of citizenship. Currently India is backlogged to 2001, same as rest of the world (except Mexico and Philippines which are backlogged to the nineties).
