US Citizen filing for Brothers in Pakistan

Hi i need help for a friend's case

I have a friend and he is a US citizen, he wants to apply for Permanent residency for his 2 brothers in Pakistan. His brothers are married and have kids.

Now can someone tell me what is the wait time or processing time for this kinda case. I checked at the USCIS website it brings to 4 Service centers processing times, California, Nebraska, Texas and Vermont. I believe the case will go to Consular service in Islamabad, Pak. Does anyone have any link for the consular service processing times for Pak.

Any help to answer the wait time will be appreciated..

It's about 10-12 years for a visa to become available.

The time TRC has quoted may grow. Also remember the fact that the sponsored family members will not qualify for most non-immigrant visas while awaiting their immigrant visas.

Any help to answer the wait time will be appreciated.
