Jim/Jaxen Urgent Request about I-94 's

Hi,
I came to US in Feb 1999. I am going to India for vacation for first time. I have total five I-94 's stapled in my passport.

One, which i got when i first entered US in Feb 1999.
Three, thru previous H-1 B transfer approvals.
One, thru H-1 B transfer approval for the current company i am working for.

My question is, when i leave US whether i have to turn in only the first I-94 which i got in Feb 1999 or all the five I-94 's. The number is same on all five I-94 's.

Note : I revalidated my visa within USA.

Jim/Jaxen or anybody who have experience in this issue, please post a quick reply as my travel date is very close.

Thanks

just submit the latest I94. The fact that the number is same indicates that all your H1s are traceable thru i94... duh (Jk)

If you have a recent valid H1 visa stamp in the passport, while coming back, fill a fresh I94 and keep enjoying the freedom...

you need to go home more often !

maybe keep the I-94 for the current company..just so you have a nice complete I-797 approval notice..
