Urgent : re joining previous employer

Is it valid to join previous employer on old H1 approval.

I worked for employer A, then I transferred H1 to employer B. My question can I join employer A old H1 approval, which is valid till 2006 end.
And if I join employer A and I file GC, do I have to submit experience certificate from employer B.

Does INS has information when one starts working for other company.

My employer says my H1 is live and valid and I can join him again. If I join previous company on old H1 what will happen ?

Does INS has information when one starts working for other company.

When you get employed by "other company", this company and you
have to fill out I-9 form which contains start date. So, I-9 audit
can expose when you started working at your employer.

Not any more, now onwards company has to inform INS tosave their soul, otherwise they will be in real trouble. Read all the links.
