Urgent questions please

I'm on H4 .I'm applying for H1 now.

My question is I dont remember what exactly I showed to US consulate regarding work experience when I went Intially for H4 visa interview back in 2002 because it is not encouraged to show experience while going to H4 interview.

Now for the new H1, I'm showing some experience. Will they cross check it?

THanks for the reply. I worked and I have a solid proof.

But when I went for H4 back in 2002, I showed that I was not working. So if I show experience at the same time, will it cause any problem? Will they go back and tally ?
