Friends,

My 485 was filed from Oregon around a year back. I am working in a regional office of my company and the company is asking me to move to east coast. How does it impact my I485 processing? Does this mean that my case needs to be transferred to another processing center causing it to delay further or can it go in NSC since the company still has this regional office.

I really need this information fast and your response would be much appreciated.

Thanks,

Once you move you should:
1 file form AR11
2 write the BCIS service center your past and current address with complier name, DOB, A #, and send copy of I-485 filing receipt and write out side the envelope in bold big letters” Attention: Address Change notification” and send it by return receipt
3 Inform the NCSC by phone your new address, provide name A #, DOB and I-485 receipt # that has LIN..or EAC.. or WAC….
