Urgent problem Please help (I-131) return to USA

UHHHH, where am I going to say that I still in USA??? I know what law is.. but Thanks anyway

dear eaudemale:

i really hope you get your RTD as soon as possible, so your nightmare can be over,

i have a question to ask you,

you mention that you went to USA embassy in argentina, you the officers there did not really help you, they were argentiniam citizens,

why you didnt ask to see american officer or the counselate general him self
iam sure they will be able to help you

dude.. i have nothing against you in person .....BUt there is the LAW and we have to do everything according to it......
do you know that getting another country citizenship means you dont care about your asylum case in the us anymore and the USCIS may cancel your asylum ??
and by saying that your are still here in the us to get the RTD to your us address is a crime...?

According to his original posting he was NOT granted asylum in the United States. He was paroled into the United States as a Cuban national who was expected to qualify for adjustment under the Cuban Adjustment Act of 1966. As such he is NOT eligible for a RTD. A RTD is only available to people admitted as refugees or granted asylum under section 207 and section 208 of the INA respectively.

I am not sure what travel document he thinks he can get by using his friend's address. The DHS will have a record of his departure via air from the United States. Perhaps humanitarian parole, but the bar for that is pretty darn high.

He might be living in a fantasy world if he thinks that he could navigate his reentry (there is no apparant legal basis that would permit him to come back) into the United States without legal representation.
