I have seen many postings and they might be related to my query , but just wanted to clarify .
My husband's 6th year expires in june 2005 and currently has a pending LC from company A.
Company B wants to hire him and they are ready to file for his h1 transfer +7th year extn premium right away (based on company A's pending LC) and also for a new LC before mar 24th.
He should be getting his offer letter in couple of days and the process might start late this week or early next week.
DO you think this is doable ?
He is planning to join the company B only after his 7th yr extn is thro and LC is filed before mar 24th
Any suggestions / risks involved in this ?
I am also on h1 with LC pdd of june 2003 and my 6th expires in dec 2005.
