Urgent: Need info on I102 (Denied/rejected?)

Has any one had their I-102 rejected/denied.

I travelled to india while my H1-B was pending, and before i came back, i got it approved. But i got my I-94 on my old H1-B and i found out recently about the late rule to findout my i-94 expired and i may be out of status.

Iam planning to go to BCIS office next week to talk to them and may be file I-102 form.

Was anyone successfull in getting new I-94 in this kind of scenario? Is there any ways to get it successfully?

Has anyone had their I-102 form rejected. Can you recommend me of what to do?

No problem. You should be able to get the i102 approved. Call ahead or check the BCIS office's policies on I102. Be prepared to go to a district office to get the I102 approved..
