Urgent: Major client but between me and client 2 employees company

I have offer from a company which is very small(suspecting it has only two employee) compare to big companies I worked so far. The client is a fortune 50 US based multinational company.

How much chance I have getting the TN visa for the consulting company?

It is contract(first 3 months for small consulting company) to perm position(client). Should I ask TN letter from the client? Then from whom and how I will get the salary during first three months.

Try to get the letter from the client otherwise you'll have to make a trip again in 3 months.

Thanks for reply I am already in USA and working. Officer did not ask any question related to company. He was little upset and asked why I never used my any TN entirely "Where is the problem?". I switched three jobs in last three years. And each TN was three years. So that is the reason this time I am going TN to H1B because little worried what will happen next.
