Urgent issue: making an appeal for H1 denial

I got a letter of denial from NSC and was given a chance to appeal this decision to AAU. I wanted to know how long it would take to receive a response(approx. time) from the AAU.
Can I apply for another H-1B from a different employer.
I greatly appreciate a response regarding this issue.

I have appealed on H1B denial seven months back and yet to get a response back from AAO. Attorney doesn't have any clue on the timeframe for the reply from AAO. Anyway what was the reason for the denial?

I was denied based on a couple of things , showing that my employer didn't submit the right way...and wanted the employer to show a contract with exact locations mentioned until the yr 2006.

Reg applying for a different H1

am a student on F1 visa since 2000 August. My I-20 expired in December 2002. I applied for a H-1B in march 2003 and got a RFE in August. I submmitted an RFE and now got a denial in September.
What is my status? I haven't been working since the beginning of this yr... Can I immediately appeal this case and apply for a new H-1B from a different service center.....?
If so what am I supposed to tell the INS when I file a new petition....?

I greatly appreciate your response....
 
You can appeal the denial and apply for new H1B through different employer at the same time. Talk to a good Attorney.
