my name on the marriage certificate is as follows tomy lee johnes
on my passport my surname is mentioned as tomy and given name as lee johnes when my wife filed the i130 petetion she wrote my family name as johnes insted of tomy what do my I130 has been approved and is with NVC

For the OP - what is actually your name? What order is it supposed to be in? I'm sure things can be worked out if your wife just didn't understand the I-130 form and made an error, if she doesn't actually know your name that's probably a bad sign.
