Changed job and I applied transfer H1B Visa from Employer A to Employer B when my Dependents are in India trip.
Dependents have valid H4 (Stamped in passport) that was with my Employment A.
Is there any issue dependents reentry to US with exsting valid H4 Visa?
---They CAN enter on valid H4 visa, but they will get I-94 only till H4 visa expiry date. file H4 extension after they reach US BEFORE the I-94 of your dependents expires.
*IF you have got H1 transfer approval through B then send them the H1 approval of B and they can show at POE passport Visa stamp AND your H1 approval notice so that they can get I-94 till your H1 transfer approval notice.
