Urgent Help Needed

Need some urgent help from one of the pros, it seems like i saw a lot of post like mine but couldn't quit figure what to do.

My scenario is as follows
I have been on Management Consultant TN for 3 years now from 07- current. The TN was issued by the client all three times , this year i approached the client to get a 3 year letter but i was told they will only issue 1 year letter (company policy) however will issue me another letter next year. I know morons

Called the consulting company and told them about the 1 year letter, they informed me that they will issue me a 3 year letter as they might need me even if the contract with client ended which won't for a long time

Now i have 2 letters. One from client and one from consulting company 1 year and 3 year

It seems like i have 3 choices

A) take the client letter like before and don't worry about the consulting company letter. (keep things simple the way it was before)

B) Take both the letters but then who knows maybe i'll spend time explaining cbp why i have 2 letters and why i didn't bought 2 last time

C) Take the consulting company 3 year letter forget about the client's letter.

Can anyone please suggest what seems like the right scenario?

Thanks

Do NOT do (B). You don't show 2 jobs. MC is tough enough category without muddying the water.

I would choose (c) over (a) for the following reasons:

1. Its three years, not 1.
2. You've been at previous place 3 years already and since MC is by definition short term (even the company knows this -- that is why they won't give you 3-yr letter -- they aren't morons after all), so denial for the same firm is quite likely.
3, Since the consulting co can now move you around, you won;t have to scramble to get another TN when you change jobs if this one goes south.

By the way, you weren'r bleeding, so 'urgent' was a bit over the top.
We answer all q's here in timely manner.

First and far most THANKS.

I was also thinking about choice C as well.

I will be going soon that's why i said urgent sorry about that, if i'd knew the answer was this fast i would have simply asked for help

Thanks for the prompt response

Thanks for the help nelson today i got my 3 year TN visa

I went with the consulting company option C TN. The officer asked me where the consulting company was located physically, i told him Atlanta which it is, he didn't ask anything else. I am physically with the client who is in Wisconsin. I am wondering if this can be a issue? if asked how do i encounter this?

If i am travelling and asked how come i am going to Wisconsin when the consulting company is located in Atlanta should i just say that i am working at a client site?

Thanks
