URGENT Help.. Approved I140 After 2 years status changed today to RFE

My Approved I140 status changed from "Approved on Jun 19th 2003" to

"On May 13, 2005, we received your response to our request for evidence
or information. It is taking between 90 and 485 days for us to process
this kind of case. However because preliminary processing was complete,
the remaining processing time will be less than the maximum stated
in this message. You will receive a written decision on this case."

What does this mean? I requested for FOIA 2 months back.
I think my company filed in EB2 I have Bachelors degree(BE) and over 5 years experience when I filed this case back in 2001.

Did they sent any RFE on approved I140?
What should I do?
Please suggest...

Thanks

Any one in the same boat?? PLEASE RESPOND

It's been approved for over two years. More than likely someone entered in the wrong case number when updating CLAIMS on an RFE response. Out of curiosity, if you add one or two years to your case number, does that return back another I-140, with a pending RFE?

I just talked with my HR regarding this. She informed me they received Fax from USCIS about this I140 file.

They said since my I140 is using substitute Labor(Which I don't know it was substitute labor, because I know there was one labor filed on my name and got approval(My company might have used it for some body else)). I need to file another LC on my name or some kind of evidence.

Until yesterday it showed case was approved and today changed to received RFE response. No one responded to this RFE from my company.
My company received it on April13 and RFE message changed on May13th. In the letter they did mentioned 30 days to respond.

If no one responded to RFE, does automatically the system will change the message to Received RFE bla.. bla...

Please reponse with suggestion..
Why they are looking Approved I140 again?

sorry about ur situation. I feel this is another example of "non-sense" happening @ USCIS.

What makes you assume that the RFE was generated on your I-140, and not on a different case, and the file number was mistyped when the RFE was generated?

My company received the letter from USCIS and my company responded last week and yesterday I received email from USCIS saying Received Response and case will take bla.. bla...

Please any one throw some ideas, how I should prepare in case my I140 and 485 get rejected.. I am on EAD now... Find another substitue Labor and file I140 and I485??? any other options? Convert to F1?? I am over 6 years on H1B...

PLEASE UNDER STAND THIS DEEP TROUBLE PERSON...

talk to someone on the emergency line - don't wait for your lawyers or HR people. if they don't get the HR person on the line with you and talk to them. I don't know what to say. how is your 485 doing?
