URGENT: Hard copy of I129 or petition problem.

The below one is the status from USCIS,

"This case has been approved. On August 24, 2006, an approval notice was mailed. If 30 days have passed and you have not received this notice, you may wish to verify or update your address. To update your address, please speak to an Immigration Information Officer during business hours."

But i have not yet received my petition, can anybody suggest me how to get my petition at the earliest?

Or it could be problem with any where? if so, please let me know what should i do?

FYI,
One of my friend had received the same status but he got his petition.
 
I am in the same boat. My H1 was approved on sep 22nd(online status) and it's been 17 days and have not received I797.
Is there any way it is lost in UPS or Fed- Ex.If it is what should i do to get the approval notice?
Is there any form to fill and tell USCIS to re-sent the copy?
Is it okay to call USCIS and find out that they have mailed it or not?

---------------from USCIS your lawyer/employer who filed H1 will get H1 approval notice, if you need copy of H1 PETITION then ask the copy from lawyer who filed H1.

--He/she may have got the approval notice not the Petition copy from USCIS. Petition copy that was filed with USCIS is with lawyer who filed H1. I think you are mixing Petition with H1 approval notice

-- if he went for H1 interview with US consulate for H1 visa stamp then will get his passport
