Urgent: H4 Stamping expired and new H4 is in process

Our Visas (H1 and H4) was expired in jan, 2004. Then company "A" applied for extension and got our new H1 and H4 papers (not stamped) and I94 which is valid until jan, 2006.

Recently I changed my employer, so I got new H1 papers and I94 and my wife H4 is still in process (no premium processing for H4).

Now, she is going to India. Which I94 card, she should return at airport since her new H4 in process? We haven't received receipt also on her H4 processing. Is that ok to return I94 that we got from our previous employer?

----- She has to surrender all I-94 at airline counter before she departs US, she should ask airline counter staff for pin or staple and staple all the I-94 and surrender ( make copy of each I-94 front and back for your records in immigration file for future records)
We haven't received receipt also on her H4 processing. Is that ok to return I94 that we got from our previous employer?

*** If she goes out of US for reentry she will need H4 Visa stamped in passport from India based on your recent H1B approval and she will need other documents from your side to get H4 visa stamp in passport. She should keep all the H4 approval notices/receipts with her if visa officer asks then she should show if not asked keep quiet

one more question. To get her H4 stamped in india, do we have to wait until she gets her approval and documents?
If she gets her approval/documents (h4) then for h4 stamping, does that required my h1 also stamped or approval notice (I797) is enough?

-----No, she can get H4 visa stamped any time based on your H1 approval notice
If she gets her approval/documents (h4) then for h4 stamping, does that required my h1 also stamped or approval notice (I797) is enough?
---- Your H1 approval is enough and all the other required documents from your side
