To stay further legally, I wonder what's the best for me to do.
1) Can I change my status from H1B to B2 by filing I129 and I539?
Is it OK to file them before my being laid off or I have to file as early as possible?
2) If B2 is not a good way, how long can I stay without causing trouble?
