Urgent**-- H1 B stamping in US

Hello,

I want to apply for H-1 stamping in US since my current visa expires in October 2003 but my problem is i am on bench since last six month and haven't received any pay check but my employer is willing to give me continued employment letter.

Is there any problem with it? Is there any rejection in visa stamping from St. Louis, USA. What are reasons for rejection?

what is format of employment letter?

No need of paystubs for revalidation.

Does INS check company background? My company is very small and making loss now so i am worried if INS asks for company finiancial information or my W-2 or tax return. I was also being paid less than amount shown in LCA.
