Urgent Getting new I-94 at USA Immigration in canada

Hi,
Iam planning to visit canada this week end on tourist visa just for pleasure.My H1B visa got stamped in my passport till 10/01/2007 and that is with my previous company.In between I changed company and got new I-787 Approval notice with new I-94 till 10/25/2015.Before travelling back to USA from canada,In canada itself I need to complete USA immigration.During that stage what I-94 date they will give to me ,it is 10/01/2007 which is stamped H1B visa in my passport or 10/25/2007 based on new H1B Approval notice with my new company ?

Please advise as soon as possible.

In theory, if you turn in the original approval notice with your new company showing as the petitioner, they should give you an I-94 that expires on 10/25. But in reality it really depends on an (CBP) officer who examines your application for an admission, and it's possible that you will get 10/01 as your I-94 expiration date.

Anyway you should bring your original approval notice with you when you travel.

at POE show valid Visa stamp AND new H1 approval notice and you will get I-94 based on Latest H1 approval notice. if coming by flight from Canada to US then the US immigration is at Canada airport, fill up new I-94 form that you will find Before going in the line for US immigration and show your valid Visa AND Latest H1. Check the date on I-94 if any problem in date on I-94 then you can talk to Supervisor.BUT you HAVE I-94 till 10/25/2015 with your latest approval just attach the latest I-94 in your passport and you dont need new I-94 you can come back with same I-94 if trip is less than 30 days
