i have been living here in new york for 4 years..but as me and my family's application for asylum is still on pending we were not able to do tax file or we we do not have utilities and and stuff in any of our name which are required to show the eligibility of resident of new york..but we have our asylum application passports any my school documents which can show that i have been living here for 3 years..so to be able to pay the new york residency tuition for city college are these information are enough??? its really urgent..please answer

Yes you are a NY resident. Your address and all your activities show this. Do you have a state ID/DL?

You will need to talk to the officials at your institution for explanation. Because you have pending case, you need to be careful with what you put in applications.
