URGENT: Attorney Khanna Please Respond: Complex E3 Visa Case

An attorney member of the AILA would be the proper person to answer these questions. If the attorneys you have consulted are not members of that organization, discount their advice. Since your attorneys have disagreed, it is obviously a problem that even professionals are unable to agree upon. It is doubtful you would receive appropriate advice from a layperson on this forum. Immigration practice is federal so the attorney can be anywhere in the US. Check Martindale for ratings of attorneys.
 
Also, attorneys cannot give you legal advise if you are not their client, so even if he wanted he couldn't respond. If you need legal advise, you will have to pay for it.
