Urgent-- 7th Year Extension Please help

Hello Gurus,
I hava a question on 7th year extension, my LC has been pending for more than a year , My 6 year H1-b period is going to expire in the month of june, My company has applied for extension in the month of march under regular processing, i see it is taking more than 5 months for regular processing and by time the extension gets approved my VISA expires.
Will i get out of status after my visa expires, Do i need to swtich to premium processing.

----- if 7th year extension has filed with evidence of LC pending more than 365 days AND you got the 7th extension filing reciept you need not to worry
Will i get out of status after my visa expires,
----NO, becase you filed 7th year H1 extension before expiry of I-94, you are in status
Do i need to swtich to premium processing.

When the extension is filed, you get an automatic extension of 240 days from the date of expiry. So I think you will have enough time.
