Urgent - 140 status - 485 Approval??

Hi guys,
Need some information on my I140. Mine was labour substitution case.My I140 RD:June 2nd 2003. Till now status is "Your I140 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR ALIEN WORKER was received on June 2, 2003. We mailed you a receipt with information about processing. etc.."

Actually My company Immigration dept saying they received my I140 approval notice on Aug 5th 2003. But USCIC status showing just received etc..Due to company policy they will not give a copy of 140 approval notice.

Will this be effect in my I485 approval??
485 RD June 13th 2003.. got FP done. 2nd ead done 2nd AP applied.EB# category

right now VSC processing time is June 1st 2003. Most of the other people RD july,aug,sep 2003 people getting 485 approved notices.but not mine. Iam litterally tensed. Do i need to contact USCIS about my issue. What do i need to do please help me..

Most people with NDs prior to 06/01/03 still haven't been processed so relax -- you may have some time to go still. Once the VSC reaches your ND and 30 days have passed, you could initiate an inquiry if you want but I'd recommend keeping an eye on the 2003 tracker (http://immigrationportal.com/showthread.php?p=958393#post958393) as this should give you a good idea of what is going on.

I dont think u have any issue with ur 140 as its ur immigration dept says its approved.
If you wish you can use FOIA to get copy of 140 approval.
