Uregent: Information needed regarding my H1

Hi everyone,

I have a seriou issue.Iam on opt and working in company A.But iam working as a consultant for company b.I got my h1 through company B last friday.Comapny A is ready to transfer my H1 and offered me a full time.Now company B is harassing me to sign on some stupid documents stating that i have to work with him for 4 years and stuff and he also stopped payin me.I need money immediately as i just graduated and have so many responsibilities.But I am not in a posiyion to risk my career can anyone please suggest me as to what I can do.

Ask comp A to transfer your H1 in premium process as soon as they apply your H1 transfer you can jon A without signing any papers with B.

Thanks for the reply.But is it necessary to have atlease couple of pay stubs or can I take the risk of transfer?Can I go ahead legally agains company B.Sotaht he wont repeat this with any other employee.
